I was double charged for my room- I paid Expedia when I booked but there was no record of it when I checked in so I was required to pay again ( more than the original price). This was very irritating however the next morning I was able to talk to a manager ( the girl the working when we checked in wasn’t able to do anything) and he fixed it immediately with no questions asked.

The hotel is everything you need for a family trip. The pool is nice, the rooms are clean, the rooms have a fridge, and the breakfast is GREAT! They have full bottles on the wall of shower of shampoo/conditioner/body wash, so no worries if you forget to pack your own. Beds are comfy. The tvs are set up so you can log in to your own Netflix.

The staff, the lobby, the rooms. The best part was the staff guy was super nice. I have been in many hotels in Minnesota and this one is by far the best one. The lobby was the perfect late night hang out. The fact that they provide fruits and beverages all day long makes this place exceptional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Walk in the door, greeted with a friendly, knowledgeable desk clerk. Inspect my room, no bed bugs. Very clean and inviting. The hot tub was so soothing, and the pool refreshing. Deep, comfortable sleep followed. The morning breakfast offerings were stellar, and again, cleanliness!

The staff was attentive and I truly felt like a guest. They made sure everything was excellent and were upbeat and fun. I travel frequently and this was such a pleasant atmosphere from check in to check out. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great.
